Loyal Exterior Cleaning is a Brea company founded by Luis Martinez. It started in 2015 as Squeaky Service, a small window cleaning business that grew by word of mouth, and today it has 236 Google reviews and 193 Yelp reviews averaging 4.9 stars. When should I book Christmas light installation in your area?
As early as you can. Our crews start installing in late October and the calendar usually fills by early December. Booking in September or October gets you the most install dates to pick from.
Do you use my lights or yours?
Most clients choose our commercial-grade LED lights, which come with service calls and storage. If you have lights you want to use, ask us when you request your quote.
How much does Christmas light installation cost in your area?
It depends on the linear feet of roofline, how tall the house is, and how many trees, bushes and decorations you want lit. We give a firm quote up front, usually the same day you reach out.
Will the installation damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips made for your gutter, shingle or tile roof, and we never use nails or staples. Everything comes down cleanly in January.
